Gary Bates, Creative Director of the Lindley group will be cooking a unique four-course menu using the best Yorkshire produce. Enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival, and a taste of our specially selected wines to compliment each course.

 

Freshly baked breads, crostini and grissini with flavoured butters, tapenade & pesto

Whipped goats cheese salad with deep-fried vegetables, edible flowers and Yorkshire honey with truffle

Roast porchetta with cider fondant potatoes, smoked bacon fried cabbage and fruit chutney
or
Baked globe artichoke en cage with wild mushroom and bean stew (V)

Flavours and textures of rhubarb including: Rhubarb and duck egg custard tart, grenadine candied rhubarb and rhubarb sorbet

Coffee and tuiles 

Set menu £45 per person including tasting wines with each course.
