Professional photographer Tom Arber will introduce participants to the basics of how to put together a photography portfolio, considering how to create a document that shows a range of interests, skills and approaches. A number of group tasks and individual assignments will aim to generate new photography over the 5-week duration of the course – building specific skills in shot-making, digital editing and selecting photographs.
Participants will be provided with more detailed instruction in how to refine photographs using digital editing software and consider how to present images for print and web. This is a great chance to receive expert advice on your photography over an extended period of time, in order to develop skills and dramatically build your confidence presenting and sharing your images, whatever your ambitions are.
