We are delighted to announce that our popular Christmas Market returns in 2017 and will take place Friday 24 – Sunday 26 November 2017.

Visited annually by over 6000 people, the Christmas Market presents high quality craft and food items, produced and sourced by independent makers, collectives and small organisations from Yorkshire and further afield.


Deadline: Friday 9 June 2017, midnight

Whether you make or sell food, drinks, clothing, cosmetics, jewellery, ceramics, artworks, prints or objects for the home and garden, we want to hear from you.

Terms and Conditions

The Hepworth Wakefield Christmas Market 2017 trading hours will be:

Friday 24 November, 12 – 7pm (VIP late night shopping, 5 – 7 pm )
Saturday 25 November, 10am – 5 pm
Sunday 26 November, 10am – 5 pm

The market takes place in The Calder, our converted mill building. Each pitch measures 223cm x 179cm and contains 1 trestle table (182cm x 79cm) and 1 x chair. Exhibitors will have limited access to electricity – all appliances MUST be PAT tested.

£180 (three days)
£150 (two days)
£120 (one day)
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Applications will be considered on quality, pricing and variety to ensure we avoid duplication of stalls. The Hepworth Wakefield is not obliged to accept any applications submitted and will make every effort to take applicant preference into consideration but can make no guarantee.

Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 23 June 2017.

Once confirmed, successful applicants will be sent an information pack containing all necessary further details. Pitch fees are non-refundable; successful applicants are required to pay stall fees in advance and within 20 days of receipt of invoice.

We regret that, due to the volume of applications, we are not able to respond to unsuccessful applicants. Please notify us if you would not like your details to be stored and considered for future events.

Exhibitors are required to provide evidence of adequate public liability insurance and, where appropriate, local authority registration and food hygiene certificates. Exhibitors are liable for all claims arising from the conduct of their services/unit and shall indemnify The Hepworth Wakefield against any third party claims arising as a result.
