The Hepworth Riverside Gallery Garden

The Hepworth Wakefield Gallery Garden

We are raising money to create one of the UK’s largest free public gardens by leading international designer Tom Stuart-Smith. We want to transform an underused strip of land into a beautiful and inspiring garden to open 2018/19.

The project will animate the area immediately surrounding the gallery. People of all ages and backgrounds will enjoy exploring the landscaping, discovering sculpture and temporary installations and having adventures in our new artist-commissioned playground.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

The gallery has launched a 2.2 million fundraising campaign to deliver this ambitious project and is delighted that Garfield Weston Foundation have given an establishing gift of 250,000.

The Hepworth Riverside Gallery Garden will be a place for everyone to enjoy, discover art and relax. You can help us achieve it.
